Red Rock nominates former Olympic Dam geologist for Retail Star board

Red Rock Resources Plc (AIM:RRR) has nominated Ian Scott, a former chief geologist of the Olympic Dam copper-uranium mine, as one of its nominees to the Board of Retail Star. ASX listed Retail Star is the company into which Red Rock is reverse-listing its wholly owned uranium exploration subsidiary, Orion Exploration Pty Ltd.
Ian Scott was involved with development of Olympic Dam Mine, which is on of the largest mines in Australia.
Retail Star Shareholders vote on the Orion acquisition on 6th August.
