I am not stating this as my opinion or as fact in itself; though what is a fact is that I heard the Chairman, Andrew Bell state this as RRR's strategy on several occasions at investor presentations and in interviews.

Most recently I heard him say this on a Boardtalk interview on 3rd December 07 and also at the RRR/RGM AGM's on 28th December 07.

Of course I dont have a transcript and this strategy was not put out in any announcement from the Company, so you will have to decide whether to take my word for it or not ;)

I wouldnt want to appear to be misleading anyone!
