Has anyone noticed that the directors are not holding much...

Has anyone noticed that the directors are not holding much stock, as per the Correspondence to shareholders - general meeting documents:
R Linnell - no shares and 5mill options at no cost
B Thomas - no shares and 5mill options at no cost
A Waller - About 4.9mill shares and 6.7 mill options, 5mill at no cost.

I do not lke it when directors do not have shares, it makes me nervous as they do not have their own money to loose!

My hope is they want to "grow" their options as they expire 30 Sept 2009, they have 16 months to get the shares to a decent price so they can cash in! This is what i based my option buying on. As i have said it is going to be a great move or a dismal failure (worth $0). There are about 82mill options floating around.
