Just looked at the holdings and I believe that some of the directors ought to show " some real financial conviction " by topping up on the stock.
They would then be financially aligned with shareholders.

Susan Smith 420 shares
Karen Agersborg 2900 shares
Jeffrey Rosenfeld 3148 shares
Thats my opinion for what it is worth.
