You are correct. He held some obtained in a SPP. No on-market purchase although the rest of the insiders hold a healthy 69%.
I can't believe how this team we thought was such an energetic, aligned team managed to trash the sp so much. Main hit was the cancelling of Sep divvy. Last report said they'll consider it depending on how the business goes. Well, let's tell them No remuneration to reward themselves before they restore the divvy. If there's enough money for them, there's enough money for us.
