You can bank on China takingg or trying to take a big interest in this coy.
They control the REE's and want it to stay that way.
i see an outside chance for Canada/Japan but the odds are with China.
There was huge volume today and that makes sense prior to news. Much of the selling and at big chunks was easily snapped up.
This kept the sp down but once sorted will be full steam ahead.
Much excitement about this play and resources.
