Yes we farm out and they farm in..but in the discussion around seychelles, the acerage is ours and therefor you would only look at it from the "owners" point of view for this period???

It depends on what they plan on doing with further seismic but i this is a jv agreement the. Id expect 50% and 7.5 mill- 10 mill cash....worst case scenario less cash but i believ the 50 is paramount
