nothing confusing for anyone else I suspect.

It is clearly stated that WM is taking up $500,000 worth of his entitlement, that equals 200,000 shares. Maybe like the rest of use he doesn't have all that much cash sitting around.

In any case you need not worry, as a non holder you won't be getting an entitlement to have to worry about taking up, unless of course you but some shares soon.
