I don't see what the issue is. That relates to the last AGM and the ratification of the decision by shareholders. Nick had advised the ASX a few days ago that he understood he'd met the reporting obligations re changes in director's holdings with post AGM notices and he quoted relevant sections of the reporting requirements. It doesn’t look like there’s been changes in directors’ holdings at other times so had not submitted these in the past. He’s been ‘chastened’ and is rectifying the situation with the notice.
