My understanding Walway is that CB is corrent - Nathan Drona (chairman) for example has zero shares because for his entire tenure they have been in partnership discussions and there has not been a window in which they can trade - directors can take up their rights without running foul of insider trading laws which is what JC has done. Not sure about the rest of the board.
