Ive done some calculations on price paid for shares held by one of the directors interests , Mr Trevor Scott (Non Exec. Director)
Paid over AUS $1.1m for 33.4m shares , average price paid 0.033c which is a substantial premium to the current price of .016c
The other directors are also holding substantial shares bought at a premium to the current price. Why are we trading at an enterprise value of $8m and thats not including the grant money so its below zero. No value is placed on what would take $40-50m to achieve whats been done so far. Springtree brought us down to this level so whos going to get us out.
