GA has 50,000 fully paid up shares – he also had 5mil (sorry my typo on previous post – left a zero off) options that expired 30/11/2013. At the time of that ann, GA had not exercised those options.
At the moment there is no announcement to say one way or another, i.e. they have expired, or have been exercised, should happen either today/tomorrow. I'm thinking he hasn't, but could be wrong. Would be nice to see him put his hand in his wallet and lend support, that's for sure.
The ASX release dated 25/11/2013 mainly covered all the unlisted Performance Rights (expiring in 2016) approved to directors at the AGM, so not much to discuss re that ann - happens annually with most companies.
