Seeking opinion from LT experienced shareholders re Tranche 1 & 2. I am all for rewarding good positive work, and consider Tranche 1 achievable and fair. However , if Tranche 1 is achieved, then I would have expected the goal for Tranche 2 would extend & challenge our new Director. The take offs are fair, but I would have expected both the cost of share at 4c & 20 day SP to be more around 6c. Or am I being naïve?
