I've had a really poor experience with management and bonuses with Galaxy Resources I really think it's a joke it's essentially an incentive or reward for doing a great job theses days it's like a given right! As with all the over fringes dinners etc. I'm staying out of the BB debate have done a bit of homework and for me if he plays fairly does his job I'm happy with how the initial options sit.
On a second note I'd like to see genuine money from his own pocket without the use of options to back it certainly getting paid enough.
I trust that he does his job to the best of his ability with the current resources at his disposal it's a cracker of a junior.
It would certainly be a shame if you didn't get your name up here.
One things for certain whatever happened over at ton he didn't go into hiding like some I know lol
