Thanks asahee, I think incentives are great, but should be reachable at the higher end of expectations. Something to aim for. I too would like to see BB put some of his hard earned in, Piers certainly did when he joined as have James & Neil over the journey. Still, early days, and we may see an interest notice in the next week or so. I see the appointment as a positive, he has ability to take us from boiled lollies to chocolates quickly. Happy as I be.
