Just been looking through last 3 months of ASX announcements and the only instances of Director's Change of Interests are them buying shares.
Obviously they have declared that no director is to sell shares at this time, but surely, if the company was in trouble, they would have had an idea of this in the last 2/3 months and certainly wouldn't have bought any shares, which they did.
Only this month they purchased Global Travel Group Plc. Obviously investors don't have alot of confidence in management at the moment but surely if repayment of the debt due March was a real concern, they wouldn't have gone through with such an acquisition?
