With Eric Lucas purchasing on market around 1.8 million shares in the last few weeks and now a another director now purchasing this has to be a steal. NTA around 1.9 Australian Dollars per share. The share price is only one quarter of that. There is no bubble in real estate in Japan so its not like prices will tumble. Even if they offload a few properties to pay down debt thats ok but why would you with a 1.3 percent intrest rate.

Bargain still here.
