In the interests of full and true disclosure i wouldnt call it loading up. C'mon now the real truth is the Director has exercised 1M options @ 25c - now thats gotta be a good deal. Just thgt it best to tell the true story. I still believe MDL is a stock thats undervalued - but the decn of a director to exercise in the money options wont sway me - the qn now is what is he going to do with those shares now - does he hold them or does he pick and flick??
