directors mentioning dividend in announcement, page-48

Having the company on sale or bought up by one of the biggies would be great for shareholders (it would save some stress after looking at every announcement these guys produce), but do you think Lynch would want to sell his baby? Anyone know how old this guy is?
I just find it a little difficult to imagine him bailing out after all of these years trying to prove up his lifelong work.
However if he's starting to get a little old and bored of it then there could be a possibility with the right offer?
The only problem with this is only time will tell...
