You're spot on about the ramifications if Tsang dumps, I worry about that too.

But I try to rationalise this by presuming that it will be a short/medium term cap on the price as distinct from the long term constraints imposed by a board that doesn't have a plan.

Not suggesting that the current board is flawless, but I saw what the upheaval at DMA did to that business some 15 months ago.

I personally see some similarities between that event and this situation.

If the man planning to become the new Chairman doesn't respect holders enough to communicate with them (thus far) before he has power, then how will he behave when/if he gets what he wants?
