Have spoken to Australian Securities & Investments Commission this morning re:
1. Failure to have an independent valuation/ expert report of the company

2.Treatment of Performance rights

Outcome:They are required to provide an expert report

2. We are entitled to lodge a complaint regarding the behaviour of the directors

Perhaps if enough people do something we may get a fair deal and a suitable punishment for the directors
