I don't think they have a bomb or even had a bomb. If it was something material then by law they can not hold it back from the market and material is the only bomb that will get this one going e.g. proper gas flow and hook up to Williams with off-taker. Anything less than this is just not good enough at this point and time and with their timelines of next year, I don't know how they could of said that options would be converted in good conscience. Surely they really didn't believe that a resource upgrade or ROW would have done it, please.
