mxr have just announced a capital raising. the previous capital raising, just raised enough for management fees.

anyway, on 14 September 2009, the company mentioned the following...

""The Board of Maximus are excited by the prospects for growth of the Company over the coming twelve months and strongly recommend all of our loyal shareholders to support the SPP."

that was an issue at 2.7c...

wonderful news, but at the end of march 2011, when the company is hoping to raise a few dollars at 1.7c, the company is still enthusiastic with the following comment

"The Board of Directors of Maximus is enthusiastic about the future growth prospects of the Company, in particular the significant upside potential....""

the latest capital raising report, contains no such optimistic statement.

perhaps shareholders could have been given a market update - eg the latest results of drilling at adelaide hills, or progress at selheim.
