You have it wrong jimmy, they don't work for themselves, they work for you, the shareholders and IMO you should be asking some pretty deep questions about so many things: remuneration is down the list now, but how come they suddenly chose to close a country down without informing shareholders or the market. That impacts the reputation of your company and if it builds up a reputation for BS and obfuscation it's on borrowed time. CS is taking out $1.5 p.a. plus razzle dazzle and she should be guarding her reputation too, but if she just wants to rip cash out and to hell with the consequences then she will carry that baggage with her
