I reckon she received her accumulated stake over a period of time but she received 2,568,741 this year in recognition of the outstanding job she did borrowing $150 mil in December and repaying more than double only 6 months later. Shareholders did not bat an eyelid because the SP went off the Richter Scale.
That was a $5.6 mil bonus on top of her $1.4 mil salary in the 2024 year.
