As far as I'm aware, the Directors collectively own over 10% already, much of which was purchased on market. Certainly wouldn't say they're not touching this.
Zillman has ~4,65%. Sandy has ~1,26%. Kuglers have ~4,12% and ex-director Sundich has ~ 1,43%.
Appears cheap at this price imo and surely a takeover and conversion to private company must be a attractive to the right party.
In the March financials, BUR sold unused leases which were unlikely to be drilled by them for $179k. Makes you wonder what the value of total market value of all leases held would be. I'm sure this is more that the current EV
