JKA Directors have today scheduled a GM to be held on the 1st of June 2012 seeking approx 2 million options each to be excised at 50c. In my opinion these numbers mean the Directors are planning to put a fair amount of their own money into the company, and certainly have confidence in the ability of JKA to be significantly re-rated.
