Hey Ultra I'm not going to add any more posts on this topic after this as its a little negative and in that regard pointless. I take your point about the title of the post - you are right that is what the title of the post should have been. On the other point you are wrong. For most of the companies I have known the Directors usually give themselves options very near to or already in the money.
