I would appreciate advice whether to approve these options or not! There seem to be a large number proposed at a pretty low price and exercised a long way into the future at what will no doubt be an even huger discount to the SP by then.
In this new age (?) of limiting excessive executive remuneration, or in the interests of equity, how about offering the faithful retail investor a few as well at the same low price for the same period?
