I can't believe that the shareholders association are bleating about the options issued to the directors (see West Australian paper today). Is this good old tall poppy syndrome or a case of *enis envy? Call me dumb but I've always thought that you reward people for success (as is the case) - would the shareholders association prefer Kagara to be unsuccessful, or to reward directors for poor performance? I bet all the kzl shareholders (who put theirs on the block by actually investing their dosh) aren't too unhappy with the performance of kzl.
