But I do like the company as long as they can keep the clients recurring and staff retention.For example my salary as a 4 year out lawyer is 110k incl super. Assume another 30k costs is spent on me for insurance, indemnity costs, admin fees etc. My yearly budget that I am required to bill is 400k.
Therefore if I hit budget, I make the firm 260k gross. That's pretty good for one lawyer and multiply that by 200 lawyers nationwide overtime you get my drift. For me it is all about staff retention and consistent clients.
But I do like the company as long as they can keep the clients...
