I think there is an error in the figures in the table that you refer to.
There is no mention of the options in the 2020 Annual Report.
The director's incentives take the form of Performance Rights (ie free shares) which are capped at around 6 million - and subject to unspecified performance criteria.
This may be a reference back to Navigator Resources days - but a lot of options were cancelled when AFL was sold into the structure?
