I would expect a finance extension to be organised.
GS have had Marion as a potential 'listing' for a while now so I beleive they have sounded out a few potential buyers .
Any offer would come in May early June (otherwise an offer may not come) with settlement being in August .
I would have hoped the few major shareholders would have made it quite clear an offer is needed by June 30 before any extension/resissueing of the options. So if an acceptable offer arrives before expiry a reissue may be on the cards , if no offer there should be some big changes.
