It would appear that few if any directors options will be converted......the delays in almost all aspects gas worked against directors...not necessarily at their own making.
When GS takes on a brief they are bot necessarily very communicative....perhaps even a little belligerent....but very professional and do not take on a project unless that are certain of producing a result.
A sale does take time to produce....one of the major tasks in any deal is to check the status of the tenements and various agreements....this simply takes time.
Its my guess that directors (at least most of them) will make a case that they are needed to complete a sale and thus the need for incentives is appropriate.....this will need a EGM to approve.....ODY shareholding probably the pivotal holder.....a issue of options IMHO will pass at a reduced no any higher exercise price....well that's my hypothesis.
