    This is one of the more odd structures I have seen in the ASX.

    SRK directors who are the same exact directors of ASX listed BEL, own ~52,500,000 shares of SRK, which equates to ~$10M SRK.

    BEL currently trades at a market cap of $7M. With ~$10M in SRK shares.

    Trading below liquidate asset backing, while having the same upside as SRK - as its only holding is SRK.

    Leveraged exposure play into SRK via BEL for investors? Almost like an indirect option play?

    Would love some thoughts on this?
