That's what every emotional retail investor says fraud, litigation, lies etc etc. But in reality nothing happens. Proving fraud in court is very difficult and the costs involved are ridiculously high. Given the situation i dont think any shareholder will put that kind of money because the legals costs tend to be higher than what can be recovered. It sucks, ive experienced it, just got to move on. Asx is full of fraudulent companies.
