I note that resolution 10 in the upcomming AGM is to increase remuneration payable to directors from $50k to $250k per annum including the previous financial year.

Does anyone else think this is a bit suss?

I'm not sure whether this is for the board as a whole or for each director individually.

Given the current state of the share price and the lack of direction from the board I think that a pay increase, not to mention a retrospective one is over the top. Yet another example of the shareholders getting fleeced by an unaccountable board.
