Don't want to bore people here but i have to reply to this

"if you do not like that go to somewhere that dictatorship rules we always have dissenters" Are Dissenters not more likely in a Dictatorship Wabbs? i believe so, which would mean what you are saying is we are in a dictatorship even though you just said with are in a Demographic society ( Democratic?)
"and it is their job to convince the majority to change their mind and sometimes it does work." that sounds like what happens under a Dictatorship... and with EGO is that not a 249d (correct me anyone if that is not the correct number) so we have dissenters ( which by the previous board were sued)(By kim jong un would be killed) by this board ignored and dismissed, and these "DISSENTERS" are asking other concerned SH ( citizens) to over throw the board (government) because the Board (government) is running the company (country) into the ground... it would seem as if this company is a socialist type company where the people running the Company (country) come in promising wealth and prosperity but bleed the company ( country) dry and leave the SH ( citizens) broke and in poverty and while that has been happening SH (citizens) have been trying to infiltrate the Board (government) reminds me of many socialist countries around the world... and Wabbs that would make you a sympathizer to a dictatorship, and your logic is completely all over the place and i can see how your mind works now...

Also a listed company is not democratic at all compared to society... you are confusing number of shares with people...
that would mean your mate kim jung un's vote would be worth more then jimmy Lee the streetsweeper, and of coarse in a dictatorship it is... which is what you are describing only when you compare the "majority have spoken" to SH vs Shares...

Wabbs your sentence above makes no sense to your first sentence about democratic, but thinking about it now, perhaps demographic is what you meant, as you are comparing the shares to sections of the community and the reason certain sides of the government want to flood Australia with immigrants to get votes, which is a great DEMOGRAPHIC power...

Anyway the point is, from my brain, i can see so many holes in your logic that i realise why you write what you do...
also i have no children, but can only imagine you are very generous to your grand children, but kids are smart and can work adults out, i bet for every $10 Grandpa Wabbs give them, they are stealing a $20 from your wallet, and i reckon you even know they are...
