    Good to see the directors jumping into the trenches alongside shareholders with the proposed issuing of performance rights under a new long term incentive share plan to be ok'd at next weeks AGM.   25%/ 10 c,  25%/11.5c, 25%/16c, 25%/18c.  Currently 4.1c.  May jolt a bit of life back into this old dog.
