AVD looks like the perfect shell to keep an eye on, small cap with very little risk from here. it will probably take some time for the directors to find the right project, but when those ones move they move fast. and you gotta be in it to win it.
I am also surprised at the fact the directors did not participate. it is hard to know what is going on behind the scene. but really, what can go wrong with a company with market cap equal to it is cash position at this stage.
I have build a stack of the heads recently and will give this 12 months to deliver. got some options too for the risky one inside me but this just punt money.
