    The HC Terms of Use are pretty clear on this issue:

    "If you own or have some other interest in a security, or you have any connection with a securities issuer that you might benefit from, you must disclose that fact. For example, you may be entitled to receive direct or indirect commissions, fees or other benefits from a financial product or service provider; or you may be associated with a particular securities issuer such as by being an employee or director of a securities issuer. If so, you must disclose that fact in your posting

    That's the "policy" side of things. From a practical viewpoint I personally see no harm in a Director making posts on HC - I hardly feel they are likely to compromise their position by making posts that contain market sensitive information.

    Should the person makes posts on HC that may be overly aggressive, etc., then they will be treated as any other member. In this respect please use the TOU report function to bring the matter to the mods attention.
