Hi all, We are happy for directors to discuss their own stock on HotCopper. I would think that most members would also be happy to get a direct response from a director.
As per our terms of use we require that they disclose their involvement in the company when discussing their own company.
Like any other members, if we think that ther are instances where directors are behaving inappropriately and it should be reported, we will report it to ASIC.
