Directors progressively acquiring the company without a takeover offer.

Since when can directors just issue shares in lieu of salary - based on some self determined valuation of the shares to be issued.

This is far worse than the wretched "creep" provisions that good old Kerrie Stokes uses with monotonous regularity to increase his grip on his listed entities.

Given that the directors of Castle have done stuff all for years, they don't deserve to paid anything, given the true value of their efforts.
