If Mr Lkhagvasuren, the new Director on the ground in Mongolia, is prepared to invest $2,500,000 at 23 cents that surely makes topping up at about 20c attractive.
Has anyone noticed whether Haydn Lynch (another Mongolian based director) has bought any shares since his appointment in April.
