Ganbayar Lkhagvasuren already had 2.% odd and in the top twenty. what I would ask is in regard to theis parra.....

"in effect the company issued 10 million plus new shares to the director at about 23 cents, and he paid cash in lieu to the previous owners of Nuurstei to the exact amount of $2.5 million Australian Dollars.

That, if Ganbayar paid the previous owners of Nuurstei the $2.5 mil for the 'new' shares XAM gave him,do Nuurstei still own the 'old' shares ?or were they cancelled,
did XAM get diliuted and what did xam get out of the deal?

I have other mongolian stocks and watch this thread for interes and the way deals are being structured there.
