Put it this way. The director is indirectly buying for his Fund that he manages. Now he would look pretty silly if it all went pear shaped wouldn't it?
Also the director would have a grasp on how well Casposo is ramping up so all in all it's an extremely bullish vote of confidence on the directors behalf to have bought more shares.
