I sincerely hope that our directors are swarming all over VPG shares. There are that many shares trading hands that anything could be happening. If the fundamentals are accurate - and the writedowns go beyond current market conditions - then the directors should be buying up heavily and inform the market in the first instance.

It is unfortunate to see a reputable company be reduced to a gambling stock - especially for those who bought at a $1.10 let alone 10 cents - but that is the current market place and that is reality. The current fundamentals clearly state that the current share price is desperately oversold. NTA 51 cents, acceptable gearing within convenants, a share price of 3.2 cents, no intangible asset balogne and overdone writedowns.
