Hi all I have been a holder of pen for the last 4.5 years we do need a new time line and have noticed a dry up of information coming through at a time when there should be a constant stream. maybe the AGM will shead some light.
There is going to be a captial raising of 250 000 000 shares to prof and soph investors which will be a 10% dilution to the the shares and inturn the price i would say.
It would be nice if the DFS would come out before the captial raising. This captital raising must be to recoup the 15 million dollars that fell through.
