Yes, as a trader, if you did not sell at .15, then you cannot blame anyone.
However, as an investor, if you did not sell at .15, then yes you can blame because lot of posters here feel that the delay in DFS, slow down of drill ann's in the ann's added to the SP slide on top of the clowns in US and Europe. In addition, the saga with NuCore.
After all this, management needs, salary increase, Performance rights etc.,
They still have not got
1. ALL permit's
2. fumbled up project schedule. Example DFS timeline.
3. Yellowcake not produced yet.
Then why ask for Performance rights.
