Well, if you read the proposed resolutions, you might see that they are not quite an "exponential rise" as you put it.7,8,9 are "performance rights" dependent upon "performances" that have to be achieved, exactly what you are asking for, and 10, 11,12 are worthless unless they do get big results and all will COST them to be exercised.
And IF they make good money out of those rights and options, by definition, all shareholders will be very much happier than they are today. Seems like a win/win to me, I'm very much hoping that they EARN the lot of their rewards.
